The Musee Lambinet, housed in the elegant Hotel Lambinet in the heart of Versailles, is a distinctive setting for discovering 18th-century art de vivre and local history on the eve of the Revolution. With Sycomore, the museum now offers an immersive audioguided tour using the S-Guide, combining narration and binaural sound to bring each room to life.

With nearly two hours of audio content, the main tour covers the history of the Hotel Lambinet, the formation of its collections through major donations, and detailed commentary on 58 works and objects.

In addition, a dedicated binaural sound module was created for five iconic rooms. This audio trail presents the life of a bourgeois Versailles family on the eve of the Revolution, through a dialogue between a mother and son, enriched with realistic sound atmospheres.

This experience makes the visit accessible and vivid for all, turning each visit to the Musee Lambinet into a journey through time where art, heritage, and emotion converge to illuminate the legacy of Versailles.
