Installation, training, and maintenance
Our engineers and technicians support clients throughout their projects. Once installation is complete, they train the museum or site staff. After the tour launch, maintenance of digital devices becomes the priority.

On-site management
We also offer a concession service: our specialised teams handle visitor reception, distribution of multimedia guides or headsets, satisfaction surveys, and more. For distribution, Sycomore has a team of 25 to 35 people. Reception staff are selected for their sense of responsibility, service mindset, presentation, and fluency in several foreign languages.

Smart data and visitor profiling
As an intermediary between visitors and the site, we collect and analyse all data needed for quantitative and qualitative monitoring of our activity, so we can adapt our services to changing needs. Gain deeper insight into your visitors through our targeted data analysis services. Data is collected directly via our digital guides and tour apps (points of interest listened to, visitor nationalities, heat maps, etc.) as well as through on-site qualitative and quantitative satisfaction surveys.
