Beneath the vaulted ceilings of a former quarry, Caves Bailly Lapierre invites visitors on a tour through the world of Cremant de Bourgogne.
To enhance the experience, the estate replaced its previous system with the Sycomore A-Guide, a device that automatically triggers commentary as visitors approach each point of interest.
In 30 minutes and three languages, visitors freely explore every corner, including the contemporary sculptures on display.
