The Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, one of Italy's oldest museums, enhanced its visitor experience in 2024 by partnering with Sycomore for a multimedia audioguided tour.
The museum now offers two complementary solutions: POPGuide, the mobile audioguide application, and M-Guide, robust ready-to-use multimedia guides.
The M-Guide combines audio, visuals, and animations, delivering an accessible and fluid experience.
This hybrid approach, combining mobile technology with dedicated devices, ensures an inclusive and flexible experience for all audiences.
