Espace Arthur Masson

Espace Arthur Masson is a regional socio-cultural memory center in Viroinval, Belgium, inspired by the works of Walloon writer Arthur Masson. This unique site transports visitors back to the rural socio-cultural world of Belgian Thiérache during the inter-war years.
At the heart of Espace Arthur Masson is the captivating "Trignolles" show trail, offering an audio-guided experience. The tour retraces life in a small Ardennes village from the 1930s to the 1960s, immersing visitors in the bygone school days and providing a glimpse into the daily life of a typical Belgian Ardennes village.
The existing Audiopass audioguides will soon be replaced with our innovative individual tour system, the A-Guide Smart. This new system will synchronize with the audiovisual equipment already installed on-site through a dozen infrared zones.
