Anti-Modern Slavery Clause

‘The Company’ is committed to upholding human rights and social justice and will not tolerate any forms of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking within its operations or supply chain. By entering into this agreement, ‘The Partner’ explicitly commits to adhere to international standards and legislation relating to human rights and labour practices, including the prohibition of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. ‘The Partner’ must conduct regular audits of its operations and supply chain to ensure compliance with these principles. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in immediate contract termination and may subject ‘The Partner’ to legal consequences. Additionally, ‘The Partner’ is responsible for ensuring that these ethical standards are upheld by their own suppliers, contractors, and business associates.
